A Subtle Tea

A bittersweet larp about connection, healing, and shared moments of hope and support while having tea.

This is the story of how a small group of chosen family meets at fixed moments in time to savor not only tea, but also moments of laughter and joy, of silence and meaningful conversations, of disagreements and worries. Together, over the course of four seasons, they share time and tea, while also finding mutual support and a sense of connection with each other, as they each go through their own seasons of change and healing.

A Subtle Tea is a larp about the impact and the healing you can find in the support and presence of a community. It’s a larp that wants to explore the extent in which shared, mundane moments with chosen family can give you moments of healing and feeling understood and caught.

• Number of participants: 4-8 players
• Duration: 4-4,5 hours
• Run by: 1 facilitator, 1 helper (if possible)

It also contains links to the playlists for this larp, and all the materials for an alternative Winter season.

This game is exceptionally not made available for free, as the payments received for this game will be used for future projects with larp communities in Palestine.
